Pictures covered with dust it made and sent to Earth the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, reports Rus.Media.

Photo was taken on 21 December 2017 and show the place of the landing module, where it hit the surface of the heat shield, the landing place of the parachute and back shield, as well as the module itself. Since the previous series of pictures in 2008, all three places are fully dust brought, and the parachute was moved to the East (due to wind).

Recall that the Martian station “Phoenix” arrived on the Red planet in may 2008. The objective of the mission was to study the soil and atmosphere, the search for water and ice. The operation of the spacecraft lasted three months. During this time, was discovered water ice and traces of perchlorates and carbonates in the soil recorded by Martian storm and made on the drilling surface.
