The Prosecutor General’s office has revealed the most common crime in 2017 : Crime news : Vladim

They turned out to be a fraud, the amount of which is in 2017 reached 204 870 thefts. According to the data obtained from the official representative of the Prosecutor General of Russia, on the territory of the country offences of this type were observed every three minutes.

According to all reported cases, the record for the number of fraudulent transactions was installed in Saratov region, in second place was the Kaliningrad oblast, the third – Nizhny Novgorod, followed by St. Petersburg and closes this list of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

In addition, the performance of detection of crimes in the country are equal to 54%, while the number of solved cases on fraud is only 25%.
