    Freed of charges of domestic violence for a third time, a man said he was a victim of the justice system due to accusations that it “trolling,” as a thorn in the foot “.

    Barely freed of charges of assault and threat leveled against him, Pierre Turbide realized that his victory was only partial on Thursday morning coming out of the Court of appeal.     Tumultuous history

    The horror story of Peter Turbide and his wife started in 2002 when the latter attacked him with a knife. Convicted and imprisoned, the woman had filed a complaint against Mr. Turbide for harassment and assault to severe.

    Yet, a year later, the same ride was repeated and Pierre Turbide has been charged with assault and criminal harassment once again. Of the charges for which he was acquitted.

    Third complaint

    The couple has therefore continued its communal life until 2014, the time where Mr. Turbide was on the point of put an end to the relationship. The man therefore faces a third complaint. “This is a sting operation that it has prepared,” he said.
