Within 60 days the court decides to dismiss the complaint on the violation by trump the Constitution. This was reported by the newspaper The Wall Street Journal.

According to the lawsuit, the current President of the United States Donald trump is accused of violating certain provisions of the us Constitution, which prohibits the head of state to make payments from the government of another country. The petition of the members of the organization “Citizens for responsibility and ethics in Washington” filed in January of this year. The organization includes lawyers, jurists and specialists in the field of professional ethics. According to the plaintiffs, the White house has not taken any steps to prevent violations of the Constitution with his hand, after he denounced the authority of the President.

The Complainants reported that trump has not refused possession of their companies, but just pulled away from the management of the business. He has not sold its assets, including and foreign. In June 2017 the lawyers of the American Ministry of justice demanded to reject the claim. In defense of the President’s lawyers said that trump personally has not received any gifts. The provisions in the Constitution, according to them, only apply to actions committed by the leader of a country personally. The lawyers of the justice Ministry added that the business operations of the companies owned by Trump under the jurisdiction of these provisions did not fall. The fact that the President has not sold the company and moved the assets in the trust Fund for human rights defenders is interpreted as the desire of the President as the father of the family to protect the well being of the family. During the inauguration, trump announced that he would refuse all of his posts before, but about selling companies were not discussed.

On Monday, the court heard the arguments of both sides. Judge George Daniels said that the decision will be made within the next 60 days.
