An employee of the City of Saguenay is suspended indefinitely after being caught masturbating in an arena of Saguenay, on the 17th of march last.

According to this it has been possible to learn, an employee of arena would have committed these acts during the morning training for the figure skating club of the Rings in the Blue district of The Bay. At least two young girls would have been witnesses of the actions of the man.

“The employee was suspended on 17 march. At 11: 30 a.m. we had a formal complaint and at 12: 15, he was suspended without pay indefinitely,” confirms the spokesperson of Saguenay, Marie-Hélène Lafrance, who mentions that the blue collar in question was a temporary status to the City.

For its part, the police of Saguenay has registered a complaint nine days after the alleged incident, but no criminal charges have yet been filed against the employee in question.

“A formal complaint action indecent was filed on march 26, the service de police de Saguenay. The police need to meet the young people involved. The report will then be filed in the office of the Director of criminal and penal prosecutions, and they will see if charges will be filed against him”, explains the spokesman of the police of Saguenay, Bruno Cormier.
