A fault?

For ten years now, the festival has delighted large and small. The first are enchantйs by the activitйs, some aquatic. The latter are fond of the atmosphere worthy of the beaches of the Mйditerranйe and concerts. In dйpit of this atmosphure single, on The week-end at the water’s edge almost did not see the light of day in 2017.

“The festival йtait gйrй by an association that had reached its limits. The bйnйvolat no longer worked due to the magnitude taken by the йvйnement,” says Ganane Hйritier, new co-director. The festival has dйcidй professionalize in crйant twelve positions а part-time. “There is also a new support of the rйgion. Consciences are rйveillйes. The people realized our importance, including tourism”, writes the canton of Valais. Today, the City of Sierre is more impliquйe than ever, “first of all, morally”. Still, concrutement, зa not change anything for the public.

On the other hand, attachment for the mounts, Ganane ensures that everything is diffйrent: “We are working with the pros. It is organisй as ever. It features a true system of human resources.” The boss intends to attract 4500 people including Jabberwocky, HVOB, or Puppetmastaz. “We do the sun dance for the mйtйo with us,” laughs she.
