    Discipline and passion

    Motivated to be part of the great of his sport, Alain Goyer trains twice a day : one session of 45 minutes for all of its muscle groups, and then a second drive, dedicated to the discipline of shooting to the wrist.

Some battles can stretch up to 35 seconds : it takes a form of mind-blowing at full power for such a long time, ” explained the one who is the father of four children aged 11 to 23 years.

    A difficult childhood
