MONTREAL | A a young driver with impaired driving caused a head-on collision on the Jacques-Cartier bridge, Tuesday at midnight, when his vehicle has changed lane and collided with a car coming in the opposite direction.

The young man and his three passengers were driving in the direction of Montreal when the lane change is carried out.
