Ingredients:
potato — 1 kg
tomatoes — 2 piece
vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
butter — 100 gr.
cumin — 1 tsp
mustard seeds — 1 tsp
coriander — 1 tsp.
turmeric — 1 tsp
ground pepper — 0.5 tsp.
chili pepper to taste
1 tsp fresh ginger
parsley
salt
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes, allow to cool a little and cut into large cubes.
Cut tomatoes into small cubes.
Heat the oil, add mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric, coriander, black pepper, chili pepper. Warm spices on low heat.
Put the butter in a pan with spices, add the ginger and fry for a few minutes. Add to the tomatoes and fry on medium heat for a few minutes.
Spread into the pan of potatoes and finely chopped parsley, salt and mix up, heated a further 5 minutes, reports Rus.Media.
