During the passage of the Newspaper, two people were present. A man and a woman, who preferred not to identify.

Recall that the Reverend principal of the centre, Paul Mukendi, was arrested on Monday in the late afternoon, by the investigators of the police Department of the City of Quebec, and he will face multiple charges of a sexual nature.

In all, nine charges were brought against him, in connection with events that allegedly occurred between April 2002 and march 2016.

He has been charged, over a period of 14 years, of having sexually assaulted a young girl who, at the start, was 14 years old. For this same victim, he is accused of sexual contact, assault with a weapon a knife or a belt, threats of death, assault causing bodily harm and assault with a simple.
