The Moscow city court upheld the arrest in absentia of the producer, “the Seventh Studio”

Former producer of “the Seventh Studio” Ekaterina Voronova declared in the international search and its correspondence arrest confirmed the Moscow city court. The petition of the lawyer of Alexander Pirogov on the abolition of the decree was rejected by the Basmanny court of Moscow.

The case concerning the theft of 68 million rubles in the organization of production “Platform”, which did not take place in “Gogol-center”, is gaining new momentum. It became known that the former producer of “the Seventh Studio” fled abroad by tourist bus, which the suspect used to get to Latvia. The lawyer insisted on the abolition of guidance on arrest of the suspect Raven due to the lack of direct evidence that would link the case of the missing public funds. Prosecutors said that the suspect was seen inciting witnesses to give false readings, which is a sufficient reason for the approval of its correspondence arrest.

At the moment the woman is in the international wanted list, despite the fact that the suspect’s lawyer tried to prove that she left the territory of the Russian Federation before she was officially nominated any charges. Also Basmanny court of Moscow extended the terms of house arrests Massieu and Serebrennikov.
