A resident of Canada Denise Robertson along with her boyfriend Maurice Thibault wanted to hit the jackpot in the lottery. But this day has come, as the guy dumped her. The girl decided to punish a former lover and filed for him in court.
Young couple for many years dreamed of hitting the jackpot in the lottery and as soon as Maurice did, he dumped his chosen one, and disappeared. Denise felt that half of the prize rightly belongs to her, therefore, he filed for a fugitive to the court. In an interview abandoned by her boyfriend admitted that they dreamed of after winning to buy a muscle car, a large plot of land in the countryside and build a Studio where he worked on their cars.
September 20 the Corporation of the lotteries and gaming authority of Ontario announced the winner, who gets $6 million But Thibault said that their ticket did not win, but four days later, the guy left for work and never returned home, taking with them all belongings and documents. As it turned out, the job the guy quit, too.
According to canadian law, until there is a problem of ownership with the win, the Corporation does not have to pay it. Thibault has tried to pick up their prize, but the attempt was not successful.
