MONTREAL – A vehicle was the target of an arson attack, on the night of Monday to Tuesday, in the borough of Saint-Laurent in Montreal.
The fire was reported shortly before 1 p.m. in a pick-up truck parked on the street Modugno, near the rue Varin.
Firefighters quickly contained the flames. However, the vehicle is a total loss. It has been towed for examination.
The investigation has been transferred to investigators of the arson of the police Department of the City of Montreal.
No arrest has been made for the moment in this case.
