WEST MANCHESTER, Pennsylvania – Chrissy Slonaker Torres and Leida Torres said “yes”, Saturday, in the radius “garden” of a Walmart store in West Manchester, Pennsylvania.

The couple met in 2015, when Leida has obtained a manager position in the store. For months, the two young women are touring around before finally going out together, reported the “USA Today”.

In December 2017, they decide to marry and start planning a private ceremony, in their home in York, before realizing that many of our colleagues could not make the move, the store is open 24h/24.

“We have a lot of close friends at Walmart, we think of them as members of our family,” said Chrissy.

With the help of their colleagues, the range of garden accessories has been transformed into a place worthy of a wedding ceremony: outdoor tent in the centre, red and white flowers on the floor and a rug for the office aisle of honor.

A hundred people were present for the exchanging of vows.

Their wedding photos posted on social media have been shared thousands of times and have also been the object of numerous insults. “We met at Walmart, we fell in love there. We would have been able to marry anywhere, the important thing is that our family is happy”, given to young brides.
