A fighter against corruption in Rostov-on-don has got on a bribe in one million roubles : Crime news : Vladim

In the city of Rostov-on-don detained “anti-corruption” on a bribe of 1 million rubles – he was the head of the anticorruption Department of the Federal bailiff service of Russia in Rostov region Alexander Kalkin.

 

The investigation found that last year official accused received money from the head of the Azov Department of the bailiff service, twice – in spring and summer. Margarita Khodykina is the head of this Department. The total amount of bribes amounted to more than 1 million rubles (550 and 500 thousand rubles).

The above-mentioned division of the service of judicial bailiffs violated the laws on enforcement proceedings and to avoid punishment, gave a bribe to the official.

The investigation of the corruption case was completed. Materials sent investigators to the management of Rostov-on-don Leninsky district court with a view to their further analysis and sentencing the accused. The General Prosecutor’s office approved the charges in the criminal case.

A fighter against corruption will be held accountable in several paragraphs of part 5 of article 290 of the criminal code. He faces punishment – imprisonment for 12 years.
