A sentence of 42 months and a half of detention is the appropriate sentence he had to impose on a former couple adept at swinging that has pushed the horror up to involve two girls in their engage in sexual activity.

This was the view the judge Johanne Roy, which released its decision in watching it, several times, the old couple who was in the box of the accused.

However, as the 24 year old woman and the man, 37-year-old – who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victims – have been detained since their arrest occurred in December 2016, the court must deduct time spent in custody as a preventive measure.

From this day, the man and the woman are going to have to serve a sentence of imprisonment of two years for actions committed in respect of the daughter of the accused, aged 10 years at the time of the events, and the girl of another couple who was then seven years old.

Recall that at the time, the co-accused formed a blended family and they were swinging.

It is this that has brought them, at the turn of 2014, to the knowledge of the “couple cursed” St-Lin-Laurentides, sentenced to eleven and thirteen years of imprisonment, to sexual practices similar to their own.

During a visit to the couple from Montreal, it is a common agreement that the adults have decided to “join” the two little girls the older.

“The adult suggested, and the children were running applications that were made,” said the judge Roy.

While the man stood lookout, the wife, she has taken an active part in the exchanges.

The adults are stripped naked and the two women began to make touching the girls, with the encouragement of the men present.

The wife of the couple from St-Lin-Laurentides has also made a cunnilingus to one of the girls and adults were asked the youngest of the girls, aged seven years, of doing “the same thing” to another child.

To get out of detention, the former couple will need to budget a period of probation of three years with a follow-up for the same period.

They will also be entered in the register of sexual offenders, and this, in perpetuity.
