A six year old girl, captured by a truck on Monday in the sector of Gatineau, has succumbed to his injuries, police said Tuesday.
The accident occurred at about 16: 15 at the corner of rue Migneault and Gouin.
Upon their arrival on scene, officers found that the girl had suffered serious injuries. Transported to the hospital, she unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
An investigation has been initiated to try to understand the causes of the accident.
The police will conduct a reenactment of the scene.
