VILLE-MONT-ROYAL – A luxury residence on the crescent of Geneva to the Town of Mount-Royal was targeted by a Molotov cocktail late on Sunday night, but the arsonist was never turned on once inside the house.
A suspect has smashed a window of the house at around 22: 40 before throwing an object arsonist, it has never caught fire, the broken glass would be the only damage, said Andrée-Anne Picard, a spokesperson for the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).

Schachter is vice-president of Casnw inc., a company working in the field of textile, while Sandra Faraj is vice-president of Action service douances inc., an in house customs brokerage.

The Molotov cocktail was recovered by the investigators and expertise that is to be practiced.
A security perimeter was erected in the Crescent Geneva, which was closed over a distance of 100 metres, to allow the investigators to analyze the scene in order to shed light on this attempt to fire failed.
No suspect has been identified and no one was witness of the scene.
