The story of the misadventures of Jeremy Landry was found Tuesday in the media.

The young man told of being robbed of his wheelchair on Sunday, while he was in a boat on lake l’achigan in the Laurentians.

After sitting in the boat, his friends hid his wheelchair behind large bushes, to conceal it from the sight of all, during their trip on the water.

On his return to the dock, to 19 h, the chair is worth 8000 $, had disappeared.

The chair had apparently been retrieved by a couple who was passing by.

“In all likelihood, the two people have believed that someone had removed to this place,” said the sergente Audrey-Anne Bilodeau, a spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec.

It is through the media that the couple realized that the chair had not been abandoned, but that it had instead been hidden in this place.

The man and the woman have contacted the authorities to advise them of the situation.
