    A stripper, a nude dancing bar in Laval could face serious charges after being struck and dragged a customer in his vehicle in the 400 m in the night from Friday to Saturday.

    According to the police of Laval, a verbal altercation allegedly started around 3: 30 a.m., after the bar closes the blue Room located on boulevard Curé-Labelle, between the employee, 27-year-old and a client.

    For some unknown reason, the woman then allegedly hit the man, 26-year-old with his car.

    He was pinned under the vehicle and was dragged nearly 400 meters before that motorists fail to stop the dancer in the corner of the boulevard Dagenais.

    “It was lucky, said the sergente Genevieve Major. He was taken to the hospital for checks, but he gets away with a few burns.”

    The young woman was arrested by police and has been questioned by the investigators.

    Video tapes will also be viewed by the authorities.

    Voluntary act or not, the driver will have to answer for his actions.

    “Certainly there will be a charge of criminal negligence or dangerous driving. If the investigation shows that it is a voluntary act, a charge of assault with a weapon may also be filed,” adds the sergente Major who confirmed that the dancer was not intoxicated at the time of the accident.
