Data were published in the medical journal “Lаncеt Publшc Heаlth”. In the experiment involved: 871 single father, 4 590 single mothers, 16 341 of parents and 18 688 mothers who have a pair. The study was conducted 11 years.

The results showed that many single dads through the decades suffered serious health problems, they had more cancer and cardiovascular diseases, and mortality percentage was two times higher than that of other subjects.
