HALIFAX – A thirty-year-old Halifax a bit awkward to have to face justice after being shot in the leg.
According to the police of Halifax, patrolling officers were heard Tuesday night in what appeared to be a gunshot from a car. The driver, however, fled before the police could intervene.
However, a few moments later, a resident of 30 years from the capital of Nova Scotia was presented to the hospital with a leg injury. The police are convinced that this man is wounded with his own gun.
The man, who has since left the hospital, was scheduled to appear Wednesday to face eight charges, including careless use of a firearm, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a weapon despite a restraining order.
