Company Astro Live Experience is planning to launch of artificial meteor shower over Japan by 2020. This will happen in the skies over the cities of Hiroshima, Iwakuni, Takamatsu, and Matsuyama.

To drop the meteors from the satellites. First the rain needs to go at the end of 2018.

As told by an employee of the company Astro Live Experience Josh Rodenbough, each satellite will weigh 68 pounds and it can climb to a height of 350 kilometers.

The satellite will be able to carry 400 artificial meteors and be in earth orbit for 27 months.

The cost of the same model – three million dollars.

According to the developers, the satellite will produce from 15 to 20 small capsules, each of which is little more than a centimeter. These colored granules burn in five seconds, leaving a trail similar to meteor.

Such a show can be arranged at any point of the globe. The value for each order should amount to 40 thousand dollars – as is the biggest fireworks in Tokyo.
