A teenage girl of 16 years of the Montérégie has swapped her student life for that of a professional model full time, a risky decision, but it succeeds up to now.

While his former classmates go every morning at the polyvalente Hyacinthe-Delorme in Saint-Hyacinthe, Carol-Ann Morin travel around the world to participate in fashion shows and photo sessions.

She will travel to Paris in the end of the week where one of his photographs will be exhibited at the museum of the Louvre.

Since last year, the contracts are linked at a crazy pace. She needs to work up to six days per week. The decision not to return to school in September was self-evident at this stage of his career, but the young woman does not exclude return to it later.

Carol-Ann Morin is a far cry from the minimum wage that affects several of his friends in secondary 4 in the restaurants or the shops. “I have trouble to realize all I have accomplished up to now. But this is really what I want to do with my life, so the choice seemed easy, ” she explained about her decision to put her studies aside.

“This is an important achievement of my career to find my photo in one of the most important art galleries in the world. It is really special, I am still in shock, ” said Carol-Ann Morin.
