Last December, the mother of the little Dylan filed a civil lawsuit against the daycare in The Creek of my Childhood, as well as against the woman who operates, Marie-Claude Grondin.

Three years earlier, Dylan, then 10 months old, had suffered severe burns to his left arm following an incident with the pot of water in which the bottle was being heated.
