Very recently, Buick unveiled a version of the more well-to-do of its LaCrosse. You may not want the manufacturer to meet the needs of the customer. After all, 90% of buyers of LaCrosse opt for one of the two versions of the most luxurious, according to Duncan Aldred, vice president of divisions Buick and GMC.
The problem is his name: LaCrosse Future. Certainly, the United States and China, this name has no connotation that is vulgar. However, in francophone markets, and specifically in Quebec, we can say the same.
In 2004, when Buick pulled out his LaCrosse, it was brilliant. In Canada, it was called Pace in order to avoid the bad jokes.

At the end of the 2000s, in the aftermath of major restructuring, it was decided to rename the LaCrosse even on this side of the border. A decision is questionable, let’s face it, but, over the years, they began to make there.
But here, with LaCrosse in the Future, it is as if we added insult to injury.
