Couillard is not satisfied with the contract awarded to Davie

    WASHINGTON | the eyes of the prime minister Philippe Couillard, the “situation of injustice” with regard to the site Davie remains the same despite the contract of$ 4.4 Million awarded Thursday by the federal government.
