Attack to information resources of the government of Germany is still ongoing. Intelligence agencies are trying to stop the actions of hackers.

Cyber attack is a danger to all information servers on the public institutions of Germany. According to the Chairman of the control of the security services of Armin Schuster, the attack is still not reflected, in addition, caused significant damage in part of information privacy.

Detailed information about the causes and sources of the attack are not yet disclosed, so as not to alert the criminals. The situation is under control of the security services of Germany.

It is known that the attack happened in December 2017. Hackers introduced malicious software into the servers of the foreign and defense ministries of Germany, then stole valuable information. With the attack, bind the action group “APT 28”, traces of which are in Russia. This fact is not yet confirmed.
