Drug trafficking: police in Gatineau hairpin, a teenager of 16 years

    GATINEAU | The police has pinned Tuesday, a suspected dealer in narcotics, 16 years old, which operated on the territory of Gatineau.

    Police officers conducted a search during which they have arrested their main suspect, as well as a 40 year old man.

    On the spot, the police seized 737 tablets of XANAX, 230 grams of magic mushrooms, 260 grams of hashish, 136 grams of MDMA (ecstasy) and small quantities of methamphetamine, oxycodone and cocaine.

    The police have also confiscated a weapon at pulse electrical (Taser gun) and a small amount of money.

    According to the authorities, some of the substances seized during the search would have been illegally imported to the country after having been ordered on the internet.

    The two suspects have been released by way of a summons.

    They should appear in court soon to face various charges, including possession of a prohibited weapon, and importation of substances, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.
