Beijing — The weeks and look the same for Eugenie Bouchard, who lost 6-4, 6-3 to the Slovakian Magdalena Rybarikova in the first round of the China Open, early Sunday morning.
Bouchard, the 85th racket in the world, has committed five double faults and was successful as a single ace against her rival, the 28th player in the ranking of the WTA.
Rybarikova has not applied for one hour and 34 minutes to get to the end of Bouchard, and she now has a record of 4-1 in his career against the player from Westmount.
