Face-to-Face on the 50 in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge: a person badly injured

    GRENVILLE-SUR-LA-ROUGE – The driver of a vehicle that was travelling in the opposite direction on the shoulder of the road on highway 50 in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, in Laurentides, was arrested Friday after having provoked a face-to-face with another vehicle.

    The accident occurred at about 18 h.

    The woman was transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries, said the Sûreté du Québec, in the evening, Friday, to the effect that she was to be encountered by the investigators in the folder.

    The woman could be charged in relation to this event.

    A passenger of the other vehicle was seriously injured during the collision. There are fears for his life, said the SQ has opened an investigation.

    Highway 50 was closed for several kilometres in order to allow the experts to examine the scene.
