    The police of Montreal looking for other potential victims of a 27 years old woman, who allegedly sold travel canister by pretending to be a fake travel agent.

    Jessica Luong was arrested on September 21 and appeared the next day in Montreal under several charges of fraud.

    It has been released with conditions to abide by.

    The investigators are of the opinion that the accused may have other victims has not yet arisen.

    “The woman does in various ways in order to defraud his victims. Most often, it targets its victims in his circle of knowledge, and uses their trust to convince them to buy a trip,” said POLICE in a press release.

    Subsequently, Jessica Luong recommends to its “customers” to do business with a travel agent that it personifies itself, without the knowledge of the alleged victims.

    “Once the agreement is finalized, the payment is made by credit card and/or by bank transfer. The victim is to purchase a trip that will never happen to an agent that does not exist. The total amount of the fraud amounted to more than $ 30,000”, have informed the authorities.

    It also sells new merchandise at low prices, but once payment is received, it never delivers the goods, according to police.

    Any person who would have been fraudée by Jessica Luong is asked to call 911 to file a formal complaint.
