A man in his thirties has died after a road exit occurred, Sunday evening, at Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines in the Laurentians.
According to preliminary information, the accident occurred at around 22: 45 p.m. at the intersection of the path of the Plain and of The rue Leclerc.
For an unknown reason, the vehicle would have a violent exit from the road. One of the two occupants was killed.
The second occupant, a man of forty years, was conducted in a hospital centre for the treatment of injuries to the upper body, but it does concern not for his life.
“The inquiry will establish who was driving the vehicle and no hypothesis is ruled out at the moment,” said captain Benoit Bilodeau, a spokesperson for the police Department inter-municipal Terrebonne/Ste-Anne-des-Plaines/Bois-des-Filion.
Investigators went on-site to meet with witnesses. A technician reconstructionist at the accident also went to the scene to analyze the scene and try to understand the circumstances surrounding this accident.
