A motorist lost his life after a violent collision on highway 55 near Ulverton, in Estrie, Monday morning.
The car lost control, was struck by a truck around 6: 30. The driver of the car, who suffered serious injuries, is, unfortunately, death.
Highway 55 was closed to traffic in the northern direction, from the kilometer 88, Melbourne.
The Sûreté du Québec was conducting an investigation to shed light on the circumstances that led to this accident.
