SHAWINIGAN | A person has lost the life, Sunday morning, when a fire at a residence in Shawinigan.

According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), which was informed around 7: 15 a.m., a body was discovered by firefighters who fought the fire. The identity of the victim should be determined in an autopsy.

The blaze completely destroyed the residence, which is considered a total loss, ” said SQ.

The cause of the fire remains to be determined.
