Elder of the Amicitia House, Gladiolus is the “shield” of the royal family to whom he pledged allegiance while vowing to defend future generations. He is also a childhood friend of Noctis with whom he grew up and who, more than a friend, considers him a brother. It has two physical features: a vertical scar on his left eye and tattoos covering his arms. Considering his body, the character is obviously carved to handle heavy weapons.
