For the second consecutive year in the Sahara desert snows. Information was provided by staff of the Algerian network Newspapers TSA.
It is reported that the snowfall began on Sunday morning in the center of the Algerian town of ain sefra, in the North of the desert.

 

In total, received more than 40 inches of precipitation. Snow to the end of the day, began to melt, but the fact of the precipitation of this kind is alarming scientists.

Last year in the vicinity of the city Conditions were also recorded heavy snowfall. Then, it was said that the snow in the area fell for the first time since February 1979.
In summer, the temperature in the area of ain-Conditions can reach up to 37 degrees Celsius, and in winter hovers close to zero.
