Four by-elections in Canada on Monday

OTTAWA | The canadian voters from four electoral districts are called to the polls on Monday to choose a new representative in the Commons.
One of these elections, which is in the constituency of Bonivasta-Burin-Trinity, Newfoundland-and-Labrador, will find a successor to the former minister of public Services and procurement, Judy Foote. This last has announced his formal resignation last summer, after being kept away from politics for a few months for family reasons.
The voters of the electoral districts of Scarborough-Agincourt (Ontario), Battlefords-Lloydminster (Saskatchewan) and Surrey-Sud–White Rock (British Columbia) are also going to the polls.
In Ontario, voters will choose a successor to liberal mp Arnold Chan, who died last September, died of cancer. The widow of Mr. Chan, Jean Yip, is a candidate for the liberal Party of Canada.
The other two elections will replace the liberal Dianne Watts, who has resigned to run in the leadership race of the liberal Party of British Columbia, and the conservative Gerry Fritz, who resigned in August.
The liberal Party of Canada, the New democratic Party, the conservative Party of Canada and Green Party of Canada all have a candidate in every constituency. In total, 24 candidates who submit to the verdict of the voters in the four constituencies.
