The European court of human rights (ECHR) will force Kiev to pay compensation in the amount of 4 thousand euros to the girl who in 2010 fried eggs on “Eternal fire”. This information spread by Ukrainian media.

Lady was trying to prove that “Eternal fire” is not a symbol of victory for the invaders, but simply gas. Ladies with like-minded people decided to make scrambled eggs on the monument, in order to prove his innocence. Police did not share the views of the vandals and detained offenders. The suspect has been behind bars for more than two months. The case was referred to the court, the girl was sentenced to three years probation. The lady asked for support in the ECHR. The European judges recognized the validity of the claims of the citizen.

The ECHR recognized the defilement of the “Eternal flame” and the legality of the appointment of probation for violation of the law. Kiev will be obliged to pay 4 thousand euros hooliganism for the fact that she was under arrest for one month longer than necessary.
