Google Maps adds Montreal to his list of parking aid

Starting today, motorists in montreal using Google Maps to discover a new functionality to the application: Parking Difficulty.
During a search of navigation to Montreal, Google Maps now shows the level of difficulty to find a parking space. Using an icon displayed to the right of the estimated time to get to the destination, it indicates if the parking is easy, moderate, or limited.

Already in place in several u.s. cities, Parking Difficulty made his appearance in 25 new cities around the world. In addition to Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver are the only two other canadian cities now have Parking Difficulty.
One more step towards the search for parking
At the same time, Google Maps today announced to push its search service a little further with a new feature called “Find Parking”.
In 25 u.s. cities, users of Google Maps on Android can now select the option to “Find Parking” to the browser leads to the parking space closest to their final destination. Once the vehicle comes to a stop, Google Maps then gives the route to walk to the desired place.
This feature remains non-existent among us for the time being, but if it proves to be popular in the United States, it’s a safe bet that it will pass through possibly the border.
