Google Pixel 2: Their code names are mistakenly

Techno 15 March, 2017

Google unintentionally unveiled the code name of the next Pixel, and its XL version. No surprise, this appellation remains in the tradition.
Google engineers are already working on designing the next generation of pixels. The future marketing of a new version of the smartphone is not really a surprise. The search engine confirmed this calendar a few weeks ago. But we did not know anything about the Google Pixel 2 until then. It was hardly known that waterproofing should be one of its main novelties. We do not know any more today about it, except … their code names. Android Police has found the internal names of Pixel 2 in the open source documentation of the Android project. No great surprise, they remain in the tradition.
The first-generation Google Pixel and Pixel XL were codenamed Sailfish and Marlin . The engineers had indeed chosen fish names. They seem to have made the same choice for the next versions of the smartphone, one of which would be offered at low prices . These would respond, internally, to the sweet names of Walleye and Muskie . If one amuses oneself to translate, it would give “Doré jaune” and “Maskinongé” . Should we take this as a hint on a new color? It would not be surprising to discover a Google Pixel 2 Gold at the start of the next school year. What do you think ?
