    A man of 58 years old was sentenced Thursday to life in prison for killing his niece, 25-year-old, with whom he had a relationship in Bournemouth, United Kingdom, reported the BBC.

    It is in December 2016 that the tragedy happened. Hayley Wall was found grievously injured and bleeding in front of a business in this coastal city.

    According to police, the young woman was taken to the hospital, where she reportedly explained that “his companion” had smashed a tv on his head, because she wouldn’t touch sexually in front of friends.

    The authorities are then made to the address of the young woman, where her uncle, Christopher Wall, was asleep in bed. He reportedly explained to police that he had hit Hayley to defend themselves, while the latter had attacked him with a pair of scissors, mentioned the BBC.

    Nine days later, Hayley Wall died of his injuries.

    His uncle, Christopher Wall has been sentenced to life in prison, with a minimum of 14 years to be served. During the trial, he apologized for having killed him. The relatives of Hayley Wall, have said they did not know she was dating his uncle.
