HTC Ocean Life: Leaked photos unveil smartphone with 4 photo sensors
HTC should return in the coming weeks with a new smartphone. Named Ocean Life, the device leaked on the Chinese social network Weibo through various photos. The program includes four photo sensors.
After releasing the HTC U11 deemed more powerful than the iPhone 7 Plus and the Samsung Galaxy S8 by AnTuTu, the Taiwanese firm would not have finished with its smartphone division. Despite its financial difficulties evoked a few months ago, HTC pursues its commercial strategy. Reassured by the U11, a mid-range version of the smartphone would be in preparation. Named Ocean Life, the device would arrive with four photo sensors to bring even more quality to our shots. The Weibo social network allows us to learn more about the design of this HTC Ocean Life through leaked photos visible below.
The photo sensors have been placed equally on the front and back of HTC Ocean Life, which makes two lenses on each side. The aim is to improve the quality of our photos. Three colors have also been provided (blue, silver gray and black). As a reminder, HTC Ocean Life should ship a 5.2-inch borderless screen as can be seen on the leaks. In it, a Snapdragon 660 and a battery of 2600 mAh would be present, which would explain its mention “mid-range” in comparison with the HTC U11. No release date is mentioned, as well as a possible price. The information will probably arrive at the drop account. However, as long as HTC confirms nothing on the subject, it will be necessary to remain cautious.
