The Shenzhen Consumers’ Office (Central China City) announced yesterday it has received more than 32 complaints about the Huawei P10. And to read Weibo, it might not stop there. This miscommunication forced the brand to react. Richard Yu took the pen to write to his employees explaining that the concerns that the Huawei P10 is currently experiencing were “a wake-up call” , acknowledging having “responded arrogantly” . The company has indeed tried to hide the problems of its flagship smartphone. For example, it has removed software from its Store that can test the speed of the phone. Hopefully this will work even if the manufacturer refuses to exchange the Huawei P10 that would be victims of delays.
