Managed to take video of the teacher of a kindergarten in Cheboksary, which came to work in a condition of narcotic intoxication and frightened by the inappropriate behavior of others. The girl shouted, waving her hands and walked on the street without outer clothing, in one working coat.

When one of the women passing by tried to figure out why she’s acting so strange, the worker preschool pounced on her and tried to strangle with a scarf. Also the girl shouted demands to give her three million and reported that died long ago. The relevant authorities have reviewed the incident.
