In Kerch sentenced the captain of the boat, the fault which killed two people

Against the captain of a boat, whose fault occurred in the Kerch catastrophe with human victims, was convicted – he was found guilty of the tragedy. As a result of appropriate action died and two people and eight more received injuries of different nature.

The incident occurred in June this year, when the captain of the ship “Stealth 007” at full speed drove into a pleasure yacht “Solaris”. On Board this time was a noisy company, which celebrated the wedding.

After the incident, hitting the boat flew at full speed into the deck of the yacht, broke the mast, and then splashed down.
The captain was charged with article 263 of violating the rights of security during operation of Maritime transport.
