Deputy Director of a boarding school for children with disabilities have repeatedly committed violent acts of a sexual nature against students of the institution. The Director of the institution knew about the criminal actions committed by her Deputy, but in the suppression of criminal acts were beyond words.

Against the Director and her Deputy were criminal cases. The Director for the criminal inaction and concealment of the crime.
