In St.-Petersburg representatives of law enforcement agencies detained a citizen of Ukraine. The Ukrainian was taken into custody as a result of the perfect murder in which he killed his mistress by severe beatings.

During the detention of the men was a citizen of Ukraine, law enforcement officers are unable to get a clear explanation for what had happened due to the fact that the suspect was in a condition of strong alcoholic intoxication degree. The corpse of the deceased cohabitant detainee was transferred for further examination by the medical professionals who need to accurately determine the cause of her death. At the scene the police found clear traces of violence in the form of bruises on the face of the deceased.

According to police, who carried out the detention of Ukrainian citizen, the suspect was not a valid registration in St. Petersburg, and the incident occurred in one of the houses, located in Tambov.
