In the Park of Moscow found a dead man wrapped in tape head

In Moscow in one of the public parks found a dead young man, whose head was wrapped with cling film.

The guards informed that in the North of Moscow found the body of a man with a shrink-wrapped head. The deceased was found in one of the parks. The expert found that the man’s death occurred about two days ago. Also the body of the deceased has recorded the marks of violence.

Commissioner of internal Affairs in Moscow confirmed the information about the incident. He also said that around 18:00 duty police officer recorded a message that was said about the discovery of a young man in the Park near 5th Voykovsky passage. At the moment, law enforcement officials investigate the incident.
