With the parents of the boy who stabbed a schoolgirl on the street discovered a used syringe, the court sought moral compensation. Representatives a press-services of Prosecutor’s office of the Sverdlovsk region confirmed this information.

The incident occurred back in April of this year, but became aware of it only now. Seven-year-old pupil of the first class, the syringe and stuck it in his leg 14-year-old girl. Schoolgirl for six months was observed in physicians. Doctors suspected she had hepatitis and HIV.

Also, she was forced to take drastic preventive measures.
The investigation was instituted criminal proceedings. As a result, the court ordered the parents to pay the injured party 40 thousand rubles.
